My king suite was good we have no complaints but my other room with the queen beds is another story you can hear everything the room had a weird smell not from the pool it smelled like propane and mold because the room was moist until we turned the a/c on it got rid of that smell but the propane smell was still there also my son got head aches so I switched with my mom and put my sons with her since they have asthma but now he has a cough running nose and his asthma is acting up

This trip we travelled without our pets so we finally got to stay on an upper floor, the rooms are just as clean and spacious. We always stay here because the staff is very welcoming and it's close to the mall.

Perfect place for family vacation. The front desk has amazing people working. Instantly willing to help solve any problems and working with a genuine smile on their face.

I love that it’s pet friendly and when we book here the room is close to the outside door so we can take the dog out easily

The front staff were very informative and helpful. My kids loved the waterpark, and even though we did not play the arcade games, it was still a fun idea! The room was very spacious and beds very comfortable!

For the cost of my stay and the fact my grandchildren could use the pool water park, I have nothing but good things to say about my visit. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

It was a large hotel There is a lounge that was reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable The room was large and mostly clean
